What is Accountile?

  • Accounitle is like your own personal assistant and bookkeeper except they don’t eat, sleep, take vacations, or call in sick! We provide you with your very own dedicated AI-powered accountant who will learn all of the nuances of your business, be available for you 24/7, everywhere anytime and provide real-time updated financials.
  • Our software is overseen by a senior Accountant team, who helps to teach the AI as well as assist you any complex accounting. While our AI-accountants are working around the clock keeping your books updated, you’re able to run your business, catch up on family time, or simply catch more sleep. Our AI lets you be more human!

How long does it take to get up and running?

After signing up, you’ll be prompted to connect your account such as bank, Mobile service provider, etc… This gets you up and running right away! From there, we’ll set up a deployment call with one of our specialists who will work to understand all of the nuances of your business and accounting- no two businesses are exactly alike! Over the next 30 days, we’ll get to know your business inside and out as the bookkeeping get going and transactions get booked. And then, its bookkeeping without thinking about.

Is my data safe and secure with Accountile?

Yes! We use 256-bit encryption, multi-factor authentication, intrusion detection, and data loss prevention systems. The same level of security as your bank, so you can be sure that your data is always safe and secure with Accountile.

What are the differences between your packages?

Accountile isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we offer a variety of plans that allow you to start with what you need and scale the business. All packages include Awesome Bookkeeping, your Client financial hub, and the best in class support!

Can I use Accountile without Internet?

Yes, Accountile works very well even without internet. While you use Accountile offline, always remember to connect to internet and synchronise your records at least once(at close of business) everyday.

Who can use Accountile?

Is Accountile Multi user?

Yes, Accountile allows adding more than one user, from Owners to Operators.

Can Accountile run on my phone?

Accountile is a mobile application that can run everywhere anytime on both iOS and Android powered Smartphones.

How many languages does Accountile support?

Accountile currently runs in 3 languages: English, Swahili, and Luganda.

I have really messy books, do you offer cleanup?

Yes! We’ll evaluate your books to get a sense of the work needed, and then we’ll work with you on a plan to get things cleaned up! We’ve been able to tackle years of work in mere days.

Does Accountile support both cash and accrual accounting?

Yes! Accountile works with your accounting preferences and provides support for both cash and accrual based accounting.

What if am coming from another bookkeeping provider?

Who is eligible for invoice financing?

You are eligible if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are a registered business.
  • Have been in operation for at least 1 year.
  • You have a valid invoice and awaiting payment.
